Responsibilities
- Implement, and enhance strategies and operations for collections through both in-house and outsourced teams.
- Utilise advanced fraud detection technologies and methodologies to combat application and transaction fraud.
- Oversee all operations related to omnichannel inbound customer support, establishing processes and KPIs.
