A blue chip International player is seeking a seasoned and strategic operations professional with over 10 years of hands on experience in Alternative Investments to join the team and be part of EXCO.

This role is non negotiable in its requirement for expertise in alternative investments and knowledge of fund structures, as the individual will be responsible for driving change and standardising processes.

The collaborative candidate will partner with the CEO and CFO whilst leading the scaling of a global asset management platform. This position can be based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town.
