Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Animation, or a related field (A master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.)
10+ years of experience in a senior management role, with a strong track record in operations, preferably within the animation or visual effects industry.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, production processes, and project management methodologies.
