Job Description

• To plan, review, monitor, and provide direction for the entire manufacturing operations of Optimistic Organic Sdn. Bhd. (OOSB) in line with the business directions. The job purpose includes providing technical, managerial, and administrative support and direction to all functions/ departments related to plant operations including production, engineering maintenance, quality assurance, and SHE.
• The job also requires doing budgeting, planning, and delivering as per the plan, the key business efficiency and effectiveness measures in the areas of SHE (Safety Hygiene, Environment), Customer Satisfaction (both external and Internal), Quality, Cost, Production, Reliability, continuous improvements and Innovation, Employees motivation, conforming to statutory requirements and community satisfaction, to ensure high profitability of the organization.
