WVU Health has a comprehensive, Pediatric multi-disciplinary department that has doubled in the last 8 years and is seeking to identify a Chief of Pediatric Pulmonology to further grow the specialty. Existing foundation and investment for a dynamic, motivated individual to evolve and enhance WVUâ€s Pediatric Pulmonology service line. Oversee 3 Pediatric Pulmonologists and 2 APPs, and report to the Chair of Pediatrics.

Clinical Overview:

  • 85 Pediatric faculty physicians
  • Pediatric Pulmonology telehealth clinic (first in the country)
  • Programs: Aero-digestive, Asthma, Sleep, Complex Care, Cystic Fibrosis, & more
  • New office houses all Pediatric specialties

    • Chief Overview:

  • Mentor attendings
  • Target top-50 recognition
  • Further develop research; NIH Funding secured
