This role designs, owns, and scales growth systems end-to-end.
What you do:
- Own growth across all major channels (content, paid, organic, partnerships)
- Build scalable marketing systems, not campaigns
- Design multi-channel acquisition engines (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X, SEO, Ads)
- Define and execute the growth roadmap
- Turn product features into distribution leverage
- Build funnels from awareness > activation > retention > revenue
- Set up experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohorts, loops)
- Hire, manage, and scale a high-output marketing team
- Align marketing tightly with product, data, and revenue
- Track CAC, LTV, retention, conversion — and move the numbers
- Continuously optimize what works, kill what doesn’t
