Role Overview
The CHRO is a strategic executive leader responsible for developing and executing the organization's human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. The CHRO oversees all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, culture and engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, employee relations, and HR operations.
