Business Head – Digital
About the Role
Looking for a Business Head – Digital who will work closely with the founders to build and scale the digital business from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on revenue, growth strategy, and brand positioning. You will lead end-to-end digital growth across D2 C/e-commerce, performance marketing, and retention, while managing lean teams (freelancers/agencies).
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own end-to-end online revenue and growth targets
- Scale from 100 orders/day to a high-growth trajectory
- Build and execute GTM strategy for D2 C expansion
2. Performance Marketing & Channels
- Lead paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimize CAC/LTV
- Identify and scale new acquisition channels
3. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Drive repeat purchases via CRM, Whats App, email, and loyalty programs
