DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a growing IPP in South Africa. As the CFO, you will work closely with the Group CFO and CEO to guide the financial direction of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing financial operations , ensuring effective capital management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.

You will be leading a finance function mainly with energy trading (wheeling) , and managing relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in financial engineering, treasury, and asset management will help to oversee the company’s financial processes and ensure governance structures that align with business objectives.
