Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings
Maintain effective communication with the Board, senior management, and key external stakeholders
Supervise finance policies, internal controls, and reporting processes

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Over 8 years of accounting and financial experience, with at least 3 years in manager role
Hold CPA qualification
Experience in listed company, especially US listed company, is a plus
