Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the organisation's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning processes.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, and strategic insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor economic and industry trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Governance

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of management accounts, board reports, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and all applicable South African statutory requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
