Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and advice during the preparation and implementation of the division's operational plans.
2. Develop standards related to the procurement of the Corporation's purchases and the disposal of its assets in accordance with best practices applied in this field.
3. Provide advice during the preparation and review of contract templates and agreements concluded by the Corporation with other entities concerning procurement and services.
4. Analyze and classify procurement requirements in terms of quality and cost in coordination with the relevant organizational unit.
5. Propose appropriate methods for procurement and asset disposal.
6. Prepare analytical studies on procurement and service contracts, their challenges and disputes, and identify the causes of legal gaps in coordination with the Legal Affairs Office.
