About the Role:

The responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and performance of a firm's reinsurance broking activities. This role involves managing key client, reinsurer relationships and optimising risk placement. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the overall broking strategy to drive business growth and meet financial objectives. This includes overseeing new business development and market expansion.
• Client and Reinsurer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain high-level, long-term relationships with clients (insurers and cedants) and global reinsurer partners.
