The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a senior executive reporting to the CEO, CFO, and Strategic Advisor. The role leads commercial strategy, financial planning, capital management, investor relations, and Board‑level decision support across the Group.

• Provide commercial leadership on strategic initiatives, transactions, partnerships, and capital raisings.
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, and financial planning.
• Lead investor and analyst engagement, market communications, and capital markets activities.
• Prepare Board papers, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor commercial performance, risks, and market opportunities.
