Job Overview: The
Chief Building Engineer assumes total responsibility for the Physical Plant. Closely Monitors, Identifies and Communicates problems in every phase of General Maintenance of the Mechanical Infrastructure, and oversees and delegates the work including areas of Carpentry, Electrical Work, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Flooring, Patching, General Hardware, other Minor Building Repairs and Cleanliness, this is not a comprehensive list and only highlights some but not all of the plethora of duties within the community. Makes Recommendations, Performs Repairs, Replacement, Maintenance and Implements Preventive Maintenance as established by Company Procedures and Guidelines.
