Understands product design and assigns respective responsibilities to team members. Review & guide team members for execution of design and execution of the DOE (Design of experiment) basis customer requirement along with process and product teams. Unique Skill sets: Technical Leadership Lead laser process development and optimization for Laser Marking & Welding. Define and control laser process parameter, optimization, and qualification strategy. Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (8D, FACA, Fishbone, etc.).
