Collaborate with brand teams to define program services, including financial assistance and copay strategies, as well as clinical, administrative, and educational activities.
Support or lead the implementation of new services, internally or through third‑party providers, covering planning, design, management, build and launch, and ensure adequate staffing for operational support.
Identify, select and manage third‑party partners for program administration and operations.
Define quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs to maximize success and oversee vendors.
Manage ongoing program budgets.
Ensure compliance with internal, global, provincial and Canadian federal guidelines and procedures.
