Kruger is looking for a team Lead, Infrastructure and Systems Administration, who can combine a practical approach and leadership to supervise, maintain and modernise critical IT/OT infrastructures. The role blends technical and operational responsibilities on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring availability, security and scalability of corporate systems and 24/7 production environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in VMware virtualization and Windows Server environments plus strong knowledge of hybrid cloud integration and an automation‑driven mindset to eliminate manual tasks and build resilient, autonomous infrastructure.
