Southern Cross Brightside Hospital, Auckland is a modern private short-stay surgical hospital based in Epsom that is committed to providing restaurant quality meals and catering for special dietary requirements on request. To make this happen, we need a motivated Chef who is passionate about food, and excellent service to support our Chef Manager.



This role, along with the Chef Manager, will be providing meals for 43 patients and lunches for up to 100 staff per day. You will be involved in all aspects of food preparation and service, along with keeping the kitchen clean and doing dishes. The successful candidate will need experience especially in producing both breakfast and dinner meals, baking and creating sandwiches.
