Lillah Kitchen is a modern Middle Eastern restaurant that is a highlight in Lane Cove, on Sydney’s North Shore. We are now urgently looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Supervising kitchen operations effectively and to a high standard while meeting targets;

·Menu planning and development and creation of contemporary or traditional Middle Eastern food as well as refinement of dine-in, functions and catering menus

·Timely and effective service of high-quality food

·Responsibility for managing the cost of goods and wage targets

·Rostering and shift management

·Stock management including ordering, rotation and wastage control

·Full knowledge of all operations, OH&S, HACCP and management of the Food Safety Program
