We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Afternoon Tea section at Petersham Nurseries Restaurant in Richmond. Your role will entail being part of a creative kitchen, developing your culinary skills through growing your knowledge of food and ingredients and ensuring all menu items are made to specification.
To act as a vital part of the Kitchen Team by running the day-to-day operation of your pastry section of the kitchen & supporting the Sous Chef with basic management tasks.
