We are a food‑led pub in the heart of the New Forest looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

• Running a section confidently during prep and service
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with prep, ordering, and general kitchen organisation

The Kitchen

• Up to 150 covers maximum
• Straight shifts only
• Kitchen opening hours: 12pm - 8pm
• Fresh, food‑led pub menu with a strong focus on quality and consistency
