We are a food‑led pub in the heart of the New Forest looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
About the Role
- Running a section confidently during prep and service
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assisting with prep, ordering, and general kitchen organisation
The Kitchen
- Up to 150 covers maximum
- Straight shifts only
- Kitchen opening hours: 12pm - 8pm
- Fresh, food‑led pub menu with a strong focus on quality and consistency
