Reports to: Sous Chef / Head Chef
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen (e.g. chocolate production, pastry, confectionery prep) and ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and smooth daily operations in line with Mr Bucket’s brand standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Quality
Prepare and produce chocolates, pastries, or assigned items according to recipes and SOPs
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Assist in new product development, testing, and seasonal launches
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety (SFA compliance)
Section Management
Take ownership of assigned section and daily prep planning
Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report shortages
