We are recruiting for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie - Pastry to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel. This is a full‑time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in a four‑ or five‑star hotel or fine dining environment. You should be able to effectively work as part of a fast‑paced team and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will report directly to the Head Pastry Chef.

Working pattern: 5 days per week / Shift work / Monday to Sunday
Salary: 31,000 per annum + service charge
