About the role

This is a specialist Pastry Chef de Partie position. You will co‑ordinate and prepare pastry, dessert, and baked items to the highest standards, in accordance with Parliamentary Service standards and under the direction of the Sous Chef. You will supervise shift operations in the absence of the Sous Chef, manage service periods related to pastry production, and support the supervision and training of junior chefs within the pastry function.
