To monitor closely and prepare the mise en place requirements and support the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the daily operations of the main kitchen
Keep work area in hygienic conditions as per HACCP requirements
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products recipes and preparation techniques
Qualifications :
Min. 1 year experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel in UAE
Should have experience in Hot Kitchen with expertise in Bulk Cooking as well as Ala Carte Orders
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for Culinary
