We are looking for a Chef De Partie to support recipe development, innovation, and team training to meet production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
• 2–3 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie or Jr. Sous Chef in Bread, Pastry, or Hot & Cold Kitchen
• Experience in a large‑scale or industrial bakery environment
• Certification in Bakery or Pastry Production
• Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures
