Superb Opportunity

The Owners of this fantastic property is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist with the running of the dining at a hotel situated at an upmarket holiday resort. The restaurant and bar offers informal and relaxed all day dining and is extremely busy during the peak season. The menus consist of light bites, sharing platters, has a grill section, stone baked pizzas to name a few sections all prepared from fresh locally produced produce as much as possible. The hotel also has a popular and busy afternoon tea service. The property needs a Chef de Partie who can work well with the team of 20 chefs closely and is capable of running a sections under pressure whilst mentoring the junior members of the team.

Requirements:
