We’re hiring a Chef de Partie to join The Wholesome Kitchen in Al Ain — a delivery-only concept focused on clean, healthy meals.

We cook with whole ingredients only : no processed foods, no refined sugar, gluten-free options, and all meals are grilled, baked, or sautéed.

You’ll be working alongside 2 chefs and 1 baker , helping maintain consistency, speed, and quality in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards
• Maintain consistent taste, portioning, and presentation
• Support daily prep and kitchen organization
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Assist during peak operational hours

Qualifications / Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens
• Experience in grilling, meal prep, or healthy cooking preferred
