Manage the Benjarong kitchen to produce consistently authentic, Thai‑inspired cuisine of excellent quality. Lead a specialized team to uphold the “Benjarong” legacy—balancing traditional Thai flavors with modern presentation—while strictly adhering to Dusit’s high standards for food safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Culinary Excellence : Prepare and ensure the delivery of authentic Thai flavors and presentation standards. Personally test food for seasoning, texture, and freshness to ensure every dish meets the Benjarong signature.
• Operational Leadership : Under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef, direct the daily operations of the Benjarong kitchen to promote a seamless guest experience.
