Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system.
2. Monitor stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
3. Ensure real-time and accurate encoding of all transactions.
4. Conduct cycle counts, monthly, and quarterly physical inventory audits.
5. Reconcile system records with actual stock and investigate variances.
6. Coordinate with Parts Specialist and Warehouseman to verify part movements.
7. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
8. Flag slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical stock items.
9. Assist management in setting reorder levels and buffer stock.
