            CHATERAISE Central Kitchen is looking for Pastry Production Crew x 10! Responsibilities Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings 
Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP. 
Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safety standards and procedures 
Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature 
Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen 
Any ad hoc duties assigned 
Requirements 5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays (44hrs/week), rotating shifts 
At least 1 year experience as a pastry chef or as a central kitchen pastry staff 
Able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperature 
Team player, positive and passionate about confectionaries
