Chatbot Specialist

We’re looking for a Chatbot Specialist to join us at Telia.

I’m Jerry Villa, Head of Online Sales, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on developing e‑commerce sales, maximizing conversions, and turning digital customer insights into smart business growth. Note: This position is a temporary parental leave replacement.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the daily operations of the chatbot, ensuring continuity and monitoring performance.
• Analyze customer journeys to optimize the digital experience.
• Develop and support stakeholder collaboration, managing and updating digital content in accordance with conversational design guidelines.
