Overview

We are currently seeking a Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This is a contract position, suitable for those without prior experience in this field. We welcome all nationalities to apply and offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms
• Engage in friendly and professional conversations with customers
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other queries they may have
• Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to work on a contract basis without prior experience
• Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate
