Fabrication & Welding Chargehand to join a busy and growing engineering business.

The Role

As Fabrication & Welding Chargehand, you'll lead from the front, overseeing day-to-day

workshop operations while remaining hands-on with fabrication and welding activities.

You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest

quality standards while supporting and motivating the workshop team.
