**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Registered Nurse Patient Care Charge will manage, supervise, and coordinate the care of residents on their neighborhood on the PM shift by performing the essential functions of the position.

**Essential Functions**

+ Evaluates activities of the neighborhood to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
+ Evaluates to ensure standards of care and Federal/State regulations are followed.
+ Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team.
+ Serve as a resource for staff.
+ Supervise PM shift staff.
+ Review and update care plans as needed.
+ Complete MDS assessments as assigned.

**Sign On Bonus: $30,000**
