Responsibilities

• Serve as the main lead for partnerships with local acquirers, wallets, PSPs, payment solution providers, and other channels to drive adoption and revenue growth through QR and NFC payments.
• Oversee Malaysia and Indonesia national payment switches to ensure smooth operations and enable cross-border partner integrations.
• Drive quarterly sessions to review high-performing acquirers’ merchant performance and revenue growth, and develop account penetration strategies to identify and build new key account opportunities.
• Leverage a deep understanding of the local market, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to formulate and execute in-country strategies aligned with business needs and management priorities.
