+ You will execute the MBR/BRO retail visibility and activation blueprint (including signage, POSM, planogram standards, and overall retail experience).
+ You will lead end-to-end planning of focused campaigns, ensuring seamless ATL and BTL integration.
+ You will design and execute shop activation playbooks, new outlet onboarding kits, and periodic refresh programs.
**Performance Management & Scorecards**
+ You will develop and own the performance measurement framework, covering metrics such as coverage, throughput, penetration, and other key indicators.
+ You will track ROI on trade marketing spends, schemes, and activations, and recommend data-driven optimization actions.
