Position SummaryWe are seeking a ServiceNow Change Management Analyst to optimize change processes using the ServiceNow platform. The role combines ITIL-aligned change management practices, ServiceNow configuration and workflow automation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to reduce risk and improve deployment velocity.
