The Change Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, documenting, and governing all application migration‑related changes throughout the migration program. The role ensures compliance with the client’s Change Management process and acts as the primary liaison for change approvals and CAB (Change Advisory Board) presentations. Backup Incident Manager.
Key Responsibilities - Plan, document, and manage migration‑related changes across applications and environments.
- Coordinate with technical SMEs, project managers, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders to gather required implementation details.
- Prepare and submit change requests in accordance with client Change Management policies and timelines.
- Present changes during CAB meetings alongside technical SMEs and address implementation or risk‑related queries.
- Maintain a centralized change schedule and ensure proper sequencing of migration activities.
