Day to Day Responsibilities

The Change Manager will be responsible for supporting change readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities related to the Digital Trust initiative, including but not limited to the following:

Develop and maintain a change management strategy aligned with the Digital Trust project objectives and delivery roadmap.

Assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts across affected stakeholder groups.

Establish mechanisms to monitor adoption, risks, and resistance.

Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted internal and external audiences.
