Job Description:

  • Support the Change Lead role for the program.

  • The project involves data, marketing, and execution transformation, including migration from three different tools to one tool.

  • Responsible for end-to-end support across development, strategy management, and training initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Change Lead to identify, assess, and build change impacts across the program.

  • Develop and support training-related content and learning materials.

  • Strong instructional design background along with change management experience is required.

  • Candidate should have experience in delivery management and stakeholder engagement.
