A Senior Manager with extensive expertise in Change Management will design and deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors, enhancing our service offerings and driving organisational change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape, plan and deliver medium and large‑scale client transformation initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of client engagements, including budgets, resource profiles, billing and contracts.
- Develop delivery strategies and new offerings combining existing assets or adopting new insights to enhance our change management approach.
- Play a pivotal role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on our current strategy.
- Contribute to the development of internal training pathways to up‑skill consultants in strategic change management.
