Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and strategic leadership for the OBG department
• Oversee clinical excellence
• Conduct clinical audits
• Manage privileging
• Drive quality improvement projects
• Lead service line expansion initiatives
• Lead and develop OBG medical staffs
• Ensure compliance with DOH and SEHA regulations
• Support performance management and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Consultant OBG with valid DOH License
• Strong background in clinical governance and team leadership
