Requirements
* Active AZ license
* NBCRNA certification with at least one year of experience
* ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross)
* Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
* Case logs of blocks performed required
* Must not reside within 60 miles of the facility<...
