Coverage Needed :

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Shift Schedule: 9A-9P, 7PM-7AM, 3PM-11PM
  • 3x12's would be preferred schedule, but can mix and match to get to 40 if available full-time
  • Will not look at any 10 hour shifts at this time
  • will look at day shifts as long as they are 12 hours and start later in the day
• Cover 2nd site - Preferred

Clinical Details :

• Trauma level 1
• Case Mix Required: General, Ortho, ENT, Neuro - includes craniotomies, Level 1 Trauma, Thoracic, Cardiac-Open heart , Vascular, Urology, Transplants, EP, GI, Healthy Peds (10+ months, tongue ties/tonsils, etc)
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: MD
• Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent): Medical direction
• Care Team: 1:3
