Permanent Position - Not Accepting Locums or New Graduates Position Overview  Setting: 127-bed hospital, Level III trauma, high acuity  
 Schedule: Full-time (80 hrs/pay period) or part-time (48 hrs/pay period)  
 Shifts: As assigned (details discussed during interview)  
 Call: Paid call, shared equitably among team   
 Post-call day off  
 Weekend call shared   
 Team Structure: Collaborative group of physicians and CRNAs  
 Practice Style: 100% independent CRNA practice  
 Cases: All except heads/hearts; includes healthy peds  
 Procedures: Wide range, including all types of blocks  
 Facilities: 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, nearby ASC
