Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes specific to a manufacturing setup.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants as needed.
