Pharmacy Technician

Valeo Resources has partnered with a national pharmacy management organization in Pittsburgh, PA. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Pharmacy Technicians to join the team on Penn Ave in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be working with the LGBTQIA+ and HIV community in a Ryan White funded pharmacy to provide medications for those who are struggling.

Location: East Liberty (Pittsburgh, PA 15206)

Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and fill prescriptions
• Customer service and checking out patients with medications
• Data entry and insurance verifications
• Ensuring that the person picking up the prescription is the person the prescription is intended for
• Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Must have pharmacy experience in retail (CVS, Walgreen, Giant Eagle, etc.)
