**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program is required
+ Licensed in the state of Texas as a (COTA) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
+ **Experience in a rehab setting required, acute experience a plus**
+ **Must be able to pickup 2 shifts per month minimum**
